SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is through the USPS and is calculated on flat rate packages.

USPS flat rate shipping normally takes 2 to 3 transit days but may take up to 10 days to reach you.

We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 45 days of purchase. If your order is shipped to an incorrect address that was provided at time of order you are responsible for shipping costs.

If you are local we allow local pickup of all items.
REFUND POLICY
Should you have an issue with the quality of the product please notify us within 7 days of receiving to discuss replacement or refund options.
All packages include insurance. Should a package arrive damaged that results in damage to the contents please notify us immediately and if possible include an image of the package as you received it. We will facilitate a claim to cover the cost of replacement.
Refunds will not be issued until product is returned.
